Rates in effect as of April 2013

Nightly: $29.05 plus tax. We accept Cash, Checks, and Major Credit Cards. Rate includes 50 Amp Electric, City Water, City Sewer, and WiFi access. Pets welcome at no charge. No restrictions on Water, so you are free to wash your RV or Vehicle. Rate covers up to 4 people per site (regardless of ages). $2.00 per additional person per night. Some sites have Free Cable TV**.

Weekly: $150.00 Rate covers up to 4 people per site (regardless of ages). Add $2.00 per additional person per night. Also includes Cable TV at some sites and WiFi.

Monthly $395.00 (that's less than $13 per day) Includes: Water, City Sewer at every site, Electric (up to 1000 Kwh*/month). Some sites have free Cable TV**. We allow RV and Vehicle washing.  We have a Coin Laundry, Deluxe Shower House and Propane Dispensing on site. Also, we are close to Restaurants and Shopping as well as Local Attractions such as Spring Park. Only 10 miles from Jobsites in Barton. WiFi access is available for $20 per month. Discounts for extending your stay:

When you pay for 3 Consecutive weeks, you get the rest of the month FREE

Additional days added at the end of a weekly or monthly stay are $22 each.

*What's a Kwh? It stands for Kilowatt Hour. It is equivalent to 1000 Watts used for 1 hour. For example, a 1000 watt heater will use 1 Kwh in one hour. A 100 watt light bulb will use 1 Kwh in 10 hours. Currently, the cost of one Kwh is about 11 cents. Guests would pay only for the number of Kwh above 1000. Most campers will not exceed the 1000 Kwh allowance except in extreme cold weather when they choose to heat with all electric instead of propane.
